It's unknown what part of the planet she hails from, or how she even ended up in Neo Nightdyne City - and she prefers to keep it that way, by not divulging such information. What is known about the thickly-accented woman amongst the global criminal undeground, is that she is extremely dangerous. An assassin-for-hire, Aluminum Julie built her reputation on the efficiency of her work - killing that is clean, clear, and most importantly, untraceable. Responsible for the elimination of many top-tier criminals, it's been decided within crime circles that if Julie has been sent to assassinate you, there is no hope for survival, for it happens swiftly and without warning. Of course, Aluminum Julie's services come at a price - an astronomical price which very few organizations could afford. Refusing to lower the fee, Julie's clientele grew smaller and smaller until she had trouble finding work. Stubbornly proud, she'd rather let people live than be underpaid. This attitude caught the eye of one mastermind in particular: Vallentina.

Shortly after the buxom crime princess was given control of the Neo Nightdyne Mafia from her father, Vallentina became a marked woman - which led her to seek Julie's services. While formidable on her own, Val didn't have the respect of her subordinates. So, she wanted protection. Gathering all the resources she could find, she was able to hire Aluminum Julie. As Julie's reputation preceded her, rivals who hunted Val, and those who worked under her, didn't dare make an attempt on her life. Impressed with her intimidation factor, Vallentina offered Julie a contract extension...for 10 years. Aluminum Julie always worked on a one-kill contract, but as law enforcement agencies across the globe began to crack down on her assets, she accepted the deal, for she was accustomed to a higher standard of living. As Vallentina transformed the Neo Nightdyne Mafia into Cardiac Arrest, Aluminum Julie eliminated everyone who stood in the way as Val became more than just a client, but a close friend. Naturally, Julie became second-in-command.

While Aluminum Julie has no superpowers of her own, through a regularly intense training regimen, she has a 97% chance of hitting whatever target she aims for. Complementing her incredible skill, she prefers guns built for precision, hence she is most effective as a sniper. Her weapon of choice is a Varitech S-Series sniper rifle that she modified not to fire bullets, but rather a thin, concentrated burst of sound. Easily capable of traveling through walls, this sound has a frequency range high enough not to be heard by humans, yet a vibration lethal enough to instantly rip apart a vital organ from within, which makes a person appear to simply drop dead. If fired at an area that isn't the brain, or the heart, the shot will cause that area to explode violently, leaving the victim in excruciating pain. Julie's training also allows her to remain awake for well over two weeks without fatigue, as well as maximize her combat abilities.
